Basic Terms and Conditions
  • Your booking is not confirmed until you receive an email or phone call from us with a confirmation of receipt of payment.
  • If you are booking a package, availability is determined not only by our diving operations but also by the hotels and resorts we use.
  • We check for new online bookings three times daily so you can expect a quick response from us. Sometimes Internet access is interrupted or hotels and resorts are slow to respond and it may take us a little longer to get back to you.
  • Based on the information you submit, we will provide a cost and confirmation with a hold on the dates pending payment by a specified date. Only on confirmation from us that we have received your full payment, will your booking be finally confirmed.
  • We accept Visa, Mastercard and American Express and will provide payment details when we confirm availability of your booking.
  • Once your Booking Request is confirmed by us, the following Terms will apply:
    • To guarantee your reservation, pre-payment 15 days prior to check-in is required for the cost of the full confirmed booking. Details will be sent with your confirmation.
    • Any cancellation of your booking must be received at least 7 days prior to your check-in date, otherwise we reserve the right to retain up to 50% of your deposit..
    • Your deposit is non-refundable if you cancel after the 7 day prior notice or you do not show
